3 Point Parfait
*1/2 banana
*small box sugar free vanilla pudding
*1-100 calorie pack of Lorna Doone cookies
*3 Tbls lite Cool Whip
Mix up your pudding with skim milk according to instructions on the box. Put in the fridge to allow it to thicken. When your ready to eat you slice your banana in thin slices and layer in two bowls- banana, cookies, pudding then top with cool whip. It is wonderful!
