Nina

Well I had so many pictures of Anna after this weekend that I decided to do a blog post just about her.  Then I decided to do all of my siblings through the next few months.  So this is my blog post on Nina. I don't even know where to start. I don't have a lot of childhood memories with Anna because she and I are eight years apart in age.  In adult time that is nothing but in a childs time that makes a world of difference.  I am thankful that as adults we have grown as close as we have.  Things I love about her would be her quirky personality, how much she loves my kids, her brutal honesty on clothing choices, her desire to live a godly set apart life, and her love for the Lord.  One of my favorite memories with Anna would have to be the time we had a visiting preacher preach at our church.  At the time she was talking alot about getting married and finding a godly man.  The preacher didn't have a wedding ring on his finger and so I whispered to her that he was single.  He was rather old and not at all her type and so she started to laugh quietly.  Well seeing her so tickled made me start to laugh and I could not get it under control.  Finally I decided to walk out and pull myself together but all of a sudden I snorted out loud and sent myself over the edge and practically ran out of the church laughing.  It was one of those times when you know you need to be quiet but you just can't control yourself.  Anyways that is just one of the many funny times we have had.  It has been a blessing to watch her grow in Christ this last year.  She is definetely my absolute favorite Nina!!
